I have found differing information on this so I figured I would ask the collective here.
When measuring the slack do you do it with rear wheel on the ground or not?
Also are you supposed to measure from as far down as you can pull it to as far up as you can push it? OR... Measure from where it naturally sits to as far up as you can push it?
