It's supposed to be..... I've never ridden it. I bought it out of an estate sale a couple of years ago. This version does not come with a key, it comes with a credit card-like thing that serves as the key. Except, it came with 2 of these cards, one for street use, one for track use.

So the credit card like thing changes the tune as well? I have never heard of this technology. Interesting

Yes, supposedly changes the tune, defeats the turn signals and other street use features. I have no first hand experience, but supposedly it basically goes from street bike to track bike depending on the card.
