This lighting problem proves I'm not too bright !

I was trying to install Tusk street legal lighting kit on my WR 250 F. I have met many problems, seems I am getting no power to the front of the bike. Sometimes it will fire bit mostly not.I have tried most everything I can think of any help would be appreciated. I have had this thing together and apart so many times i am lost with it...

This lighting problem proves I'm not too bright !
